Questions
Will it work with my phone?
RingBack uses a USB-C connector.
It works with iPhone 15 and newer, and with most Android phones made in the last several years.
It does not work with iPhone 14 or older, which use a Lightning port.
Not sure which you have? Look at the charging port on the bottom of your phone — if it’s the same small oval as most modern chargers, it’s USB-C.
Does it need charging?
No. It draws power from your phone. Plug it in and it works.
Do I need an app?
No. It’s a plug-and-play accessory — your phone doesn’t know the difference between this and a headset.
Can I use it for anything besides calls?
Yes — voice notes, voice memos, and voice assistants all work through it.
Does it work with a case on my phone?
In most cases, yes. Very thick or rugged cases may need to come off.
How long does shipping take?
