How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–11 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on every order, with no minimum.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only at the moment.
Will it work with my phone?
RingBack uses a USB-C connector.
It works with iPhone 15 and newer, and with most Android phones made in the last several years.
It does not work with iPhone 14 or older, which use a Lightning port.
Not sure which you have? Look at the charging port on the bottom of your phone — if it’s the same small oval as most modern chargers, it’s USB-C.
Does it need charging?
No. It draws power from your phone. Plug it in and it works.
What is your return policy?
30 days. If it’s not for you, message us and we’ll sort out a return or exchange.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you’ll get a tracking number by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as you can. If it hasn’t entered processing yet we can change or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus any express wallets shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted.
